The idea for Délices Gourmand came about when auto body repair shop owner Yves Crivello decided to switch gears in life and study to become a baker. Eventually, he and his wife opened Délices Gourmand in Las Vegas and now supplies bread and pastries to attractions like the Cosmopolitan, Mob Museum, and Herbs & Rye, which is right across the street on Sahara.
Almond croissants, cheese danishes, and pistachio rolls are most in-demand but don't overlook savory items like the mushroom crepes.
At least 500 buns are baked daily for Suns Out, Buns Out at Resorts World. The bakery has an open kitchen that welcomes guests until 2 pm each day.

) Magnnnnniiiiiiiffffiiiiquuuueeee!!!! You can enjoy a taste of France right in the Nevada desert. You don't have to miss the coffee croissant. You will love the American-style portions, but they have French flavor. They are very friendly and I enjoyed all of the breakfasts. Thank youiiiiii (

Best croissant I ve ever had. This place is amazing! A cup of coffee was a great choice, and I packed some sandwiches for later. The 10-10 price was a bit high, but it delivered on the quality.

We love this little place. Every time we have been the food has been good and fresh. They have fresh squeezed orange juice also which is really good. The croissants are delicious as well. It was a pleasant surprise to discover this French cafe in a strip mall in Vegas. They had an excellent quiche and croque madame with an almond croissant Florentine.

Excellent breakfast. Breakfast sandwich eggs and croissants were delicious. Coffee was freshly brewed.
