Avoid booking on their site. I booked through westgate. The hotel cancelled my reservation. They also refused to honor it. Expedia told me that they would not honor the difference in my initial reservation.

One of the new units was infested by ants. The shower water was extremely cold. The maintenance man they sent couldn't fix it but tried. We were able to stay for one week in Westgate and really enjoyed it. Update: The resort gave us a voucher to another stay, however we couldn't book it in time.

The resort had rooms available for me when I arrived. I also had the choice of whether to opt for the ground or top floors. Unfortunately, I don t recall her name but she was extremely helpful and friendly. I also appreciated the recommendation to a concierge for my first trip to Vegas. Waiting for my call at the restaurant. I arrived at 4pm and was told there weren't any rooms. I was very disappointed at Westgate. It's now been two hours since I checked in, and still haven t received my check-in.

Our worst stay. We arrived at our hotel to find our room filthy. We were given a note by our manager to let them know that we had to check out. They also said that the management would not be able to help us until after we have checked out.

This will be my new go to resort when I m not trying to be all on the strip it quite it s secure and very very spacious and equipped with everything you would love to have when your away from home

Thieves in the parking lot that break into your room when you leave Security at the gate makes you walk to your Uber instead of calling you or letting you in Find a different place this one is really bad

Loved this place I will be coming back soon They have food trucks sometimes in the afternoon night and the place was beautiful The room was spacious and better than what i expected

Avoid this place at all costs Booked thru Priceline 3 hours later they claim they don t have the reservation come back tonight It s 5pm Stayed here before and made the same reservation at 4 19pm and checked in around an hour later

A one-bedroom room in a hotel for the week was booked. I called ahead to arrive to confirm that we would be arriving late at 1:00 a.m. Representatives assured us it wouldn't be an issue. They are always so clean, it is like a home away.

It was cold in my room so I could not use the jacuzzi. I also couldn't get hot water for the towels. I didn't receive clean sheets or towels. I also couldn't wash the towels myself because the washer and dryer weren t working. But, the staff were friendly.

It was a great place to stay. I loved it in 2015.

Although it is located on the Strip, they do not have an elevator. I stayed in the 1-bedroom apt. It sleeps four with a queen bed and pull-out couch. There are 1 bathroom and 1 sink. I did not use the jacuzzi tub. I was able to smell the smoke from my windowsill.
