My whole experience has been amazing. I found the bed I was looking for. The saleslady was so polite and she made me feel comfortable. She gave me the exact details about the bed and she was well spoken. They gave me 10 years warranty and 1 year no interest. I love the store and I would definitely come back again.

Based on past experiences, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I bought not one but two recliner couches. Martha Gonzalez is an amazing salesperson. I had to phone her to change my order and she did it fast and sent me back to confirm. We'll be back!

Mack Scott, a Walker Furniture representative, deserves a huge shout-out for helping us choose and piece together our new sectional. When the manufacturer didn't include power cords for power recliners Mack immediately obtained them and drove directly to our house to install them. Update As I stated Walker is horrible according to them a clear protective coat that is bubbling and flaking off after 3 months because the coat that was put on was clearly ridiculously thin resulting in the table scratching by basically getting breathed on and even the chairs being extremely loose are all considered normal these people are out... see more

We purchased a power loveseat The sales associate was very kind and not pushy at all Delivery was on time but the men tracked lots of mud into our home It cleaned up fine and the furniture was installed perfectly

Update since last review Walker came through Gave us credit on defective furniture and was able to get better furniture without defects Hats off to those who worked with us

This place is going crazy every piece of furniture in here is 1899 2999 4999 it was fine a few years ago I guess they are going insane like the rest of the world
