The room was larger than expected. The hotel's renovations are impressive and the results speak for themselves. Zen Kitchen's vanilla pancakes are delicious. The pizza is also great!

It was all perfect. The luxury service and experience were appreciated. Nancy, the front desk agent was wonderful and made our 10-year anniversary memorable and special. We will definitely be back on our next Vegas trip! !

Customer service experience is horrendous Called to see if we could price match to a 3rd party site. After spending 35 minutes giving all the information to the woman on the phone from the price match department, she said she needed to speak to her manager to confirm the price match and then dropped the call. Told me I would receive $25 credit per person for Hilton gold status at check in than refused to honor it at check out because I booked through American Express. Hotel is pulling a bait and switch to get you to eat breakfast at the hotel.

Two nights at the hotel was a great experience. It is located among mega-hotels. The spa and fitness facilities are right beside the Aria and Crystal Shops.

Las Vegas' hidden gem, best hotel.

Sky Bar is our favorite. The photos do not do it justice. We are so grateful for this secret gem.

Mandarins Oriental owned the hotel previously. The overall design and location are great. We're not certain if this is due to Upton taking over or not. The interior may not be as new but we were able to secure upgrades and discounts.

Incredible, elegant and luxurious Las Vegas hotel. My husband and we are not smokers and love Las Vegas' fine restaurants and nightlife. The Waldorf Astoria is an amazing hotel. Even the smallest details such as hallway lights and light fixtures are exquisitely designed and have that Vegas feel.

It was a great place to have tea and the rooms were beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful.
