Two tickets were purchased for the lower antelope canyon, but I was unable to get them. They never responded to my request to mail me to get tickets. Please be cautious when you buy tickets from them.

Viator has been spoofing local Alaskan companies' names in its pay-per-click ads to try and trick customers. This review includes a photo of a search for M&M Tours Skagway. Everything was wonderful! From Prince picking us up at our hotel, to Ashley greeting us at the front desk. Chris was an awesome pilot and explained everything that was going on. Cody, what can I say but vroooom. DJ dropped us off after an amazing experience. I highly recommend doing it.

I hope the tours go well and that you don't have any issues. Dealing with customer service is like running through brick walls.

A Cadillac Escalade was ordered and picked up by a Suburban Spoke driver with Kaptyn Transport. This company is not recommended.

Pam was our guide, and we give her a 10. Her authenticity and stories will make you feel connected to the past. The 3hr tour allows you to return to town in time to catch a dinner show or other evening event. Highly recommended!

Let me first say that I booked Viator tours Iceland. The operator showed up at my hotel and said there was only one room available. We booked a Grand Canyon tour one week before we arrived in Las Vegas. They cancelled our tour five minutes prior to our pick-up time.

I had an unpleasant experience with Viator on my Paris Tour in France. They have not been fair with me regarding a refund.

Use NOT helpful for incorrect pickup times and insufficient information

Do not book Viator tours. Their prices are outrageous and their low price guarantee is a fraud. We sent it to Viator and they will find other reasons to deny your claim. They provide absolutely nothing, just at a higher price.

Do not use this company. I insist on it. I bought the Go Las Vegas Pass offered by Viator Attractions. The inclusions advertised aren't necessarily included. I'm on vacation, and they promise a refund within seven days. You would expect that if they were in vacation entertainment they would have a more comprehensive resolution policy. The first tour they cancelled was at 4 pm. We were very disappointed. However, we did find another tour that day at 9pm. This allowed us to still go to Vally Of Fire with only two people in one car. This is a terrible service. I wouldn't trust them for anything, especially vacation. Look elsewhere for the company that actually operates and offers the tours.

Viator Las Vegas is very affordable. Denny, our driver was prompt and courteous. He also gave us some history on Vegas and the Indian tribes at red rock. He also made sure that we felt safe.

Viator is always our go-to for holiday travels. They are punctual and have small group tours. We would definitely recommend them.
