With my two girls, I have been going here for almost a year. Dr Ashley MO is an amazing doctor. She listens to all our concerns and does more than any other doctor would. She also has a great bedside manner that cares about my girls.

My 2 star rating is because Dr Tiesch is a great doctor. I would give the referral a 1 star. I have been waiting for 2 months to receive a referral. I was also supposed to receive it in one week. I'm sorry, but I don't want to go elsewhere. I hate scheduling somewhere else because the doctors are great and the service is poor.

My usual place is Cimarron, but there was no spot. I went to Henderson instead. The staff were rude and kept cutting me off. After waiting 45 minutes in the lobby for someone to call us and 40 more in the waiting room, I regret bringing my sick child here. It takes 2 hours to administer antibiotics to a sick patient.

If you can reach someone by phone, the service will be good. They need to improve their answering skills.

Their phone is never answered. I need to give my daughter medicine, but the pharmacy does not have it. I can't contact anyone at the office because they are 40 minutes away from me.

Absolute disaster. The doctors can be nice, but it takes several days to get someone to answer your calls. Every visit to the doctor requires at least an hour. Even for something simple like a booster shot after they have had one dose.
