KC helped us resolve many problems. He was able to provide the right element and probes to rebuild the heater. Our filters were old and not suitable for the job. He also answered my questions, and gave me insight into how we can do it ourselves.

It s not like I don t recommend SBR, but I received a quote for my spa coverage replaced at approx. 450. I also had 4 jets at approx 20 each. I had been expecting to receive an invoice at my door at 704 when Jed called. To my shock, I got the invoice. I found similar or comparable covers at approx. 289 320 online with free delivery.
