My review has been updated from 1 to 3 stars. The manager met me and I explained why my star was 1. Nicolas was very understanding and supportive. Nicolas was understanding and helpful. He said that the things would change with new owners. The maintenance manager contacted me within an hour and scheduled an appointment to make any repairs I had mis... see more

This is my 9th year living in the area and I can honestly say that this staff has been the most helpful. All of them are so helpful and friendly. It is quiet and peaceful. The location is great.

The management has allowed private tow trucks to check residents' license plates for rent. This was my experience for several years.

South Boulevard has been my home since 2018. The property is 7 years old at the time I moved in. It was due for upgrades such as power washing the sidewalks and turfing the areas for pet relief.
