Excellent food and a great atmosphere. But the best part was Sunday's live entertainment.

It is home to some of the best barbecue in Las Vegas. The Beet Salad & Mac & cheese is the stuff of dreams. Brisket that is so tender, it can be sliced with a fork. Live music is also available on occasion. It's a great place to meet friends or family.

Delicious food in large portions. There are many BBQ favorites available, but they don't taste the same everywhere. Excellent beer cocktails... great bacon old fashioned.

The atmosphere is great and the vibe was fantastic. I ordered disco fries and a qtr chicken legs, as well as a brisket hamburger and mac and cheese. They were delicious. Save your money, I really save your money. First time and last ,great smoker loved it. The food well not so much. But what topped it off was i was given a nice large table when I arrived to only have it be given to a gentleman and a child. While my family of 5 adults were given 3 tables together in a busy aisle. The place needs to close half of the dishes on their menu. They either don't make anymore or they are gone by Friday evening. Also, the service is slow.

They gave me food before closing. The beans and the mac and cheese were only half-cooked. The cornbread was delicious, even though it had too much corn in it. The meats were excellent.

Friendly staff, good food and a cool environment

It is amazing food and I think the broccoli was the best. I will definitely be back when I visit Vegas next year.

It is more expensive than restaurants on the Strip, but the quality of the meat is excellent.

We walked half a mile in search of food. After ordering our food, the cashier gave us a number. Then the manager (or owner) approached us. He asked us to leave as there was no sign stating that outside beverages were not allowed in the establishment.

Fantastic BBQ in a cool setting. Live music was fantastic. We felt as if we were living in the south. Must try the Belly of the Soul sandwich. Ranch beans are the best. Friendly staff. Highly recommended for the food and the atmosphere.

I tried the pulled pork which was good, but the brisket was amazing! As for the sides, the mac n cheese and seasoned fries were also great choices.

Hit this place for late lunch. It was awesome... most notably the beef brisket and cornbread with honey butter We could not decide what to try so we made our own sampler with lunch deal options and shared amongst 2 persons. Enjoy delicious ribs the first time you try them

A half a brisket was ordered, and it was delicious. However, I was expecting more. The fries arrived in huge wedges and were too potatoy.

To our surprise, HUDL Brewing delivered and allowed online orders. My wife and I have enjoyed bbq all over the United States. We were able to tell the difference.

It is a shame that the portions are so small and it creates a dull atmosphere.

This place is amazing. I was visiting the city for business. A few of my colleagues were also there. We ordered the entire meat plater. It was a great choice.

Although I was overwhelmed by the chaos of the All American Rejects concert, I found that it can be heard clearly from the back alley. I also met some like-minded individuals.

A delight in food

This was an excellent meal. The barbecue was delicious and the ambience was wonderful.

This was my second time to Soulbelly and it was just as good the second time. The brisket and pork ribs are really good. We wanted the Pastrami Tri tip but they had just run out. The pulled pork is good, with a vinegary kick. We ll...have to come back to get the pastrami next time we re in Vegas.

The service was ok, the location is spacious. The pork ribs where good, the nachos, ok, but, the potato wedge fries were over seasoned and not tasty at all. We gave our food away. Disappointed.

Soulbelly BBQ in Las Vegas is a great place to go for quality BBQ and sides. I really like the way everything is prepared here and have been impressed with all of the purchases that I have made from here. Good overall experience every time...I have been here.

Almost everything is great at Soulbelly, as there are a plethora of meats to choose from along with a live stage for musical acts. In addition, there is a full bar and the place is sandwiched by two craft breweries. The meatloaf melt is a...delicious gem, and I enclosed a photo to illustrate that fact.

I waited for an order of nachos for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I had to ask twice about the delay and the staff seemed to not care in the least.
