SolUP has been amazing since I joined it 2 years ago. They were able to resolve a minor issue with my switch from 3G service to hardwired, and it was resolved quickly!

Initially, my experience with a warranty issue was very poor. I found out later they asked the representative I dealt with to excel elsewhere . I subsequently dealt with Amber and in 30 minutes she had everything squared away and the installers performed the repair the next day. The installers did a great job and were helpful with my questions.
