SkinnyFATS Summerlin

SkinnyFATS was founded in Las Vegas in an industrial park. We first opened our doors on June 10, 2013, and have been there ever since. Our first restaurant had 22 seats, and we were limited to a small space. After just four days, there was a long line at the doors. We added 11 seats because most guests loved dining in.

Today our flagship store boasts over 2,500 Yelp ratings and every one of our other stores has a rating of 4 to 5 stars on Yelp. This incredible team is responsible for our success. Each position plays a role in the success of our team. SkinnyFATS has a unique and growing menu.

We offer options for all ages, which is why we stand out from the rest. The attention to detail is evident in all aspects of the business. This includes the appearance of the restaurant and music playing. We also have a delivery driver who has become the General Manager of a store.

Our current Las Vegas team includes Dishwashers, who are now Line Leads. We have also a Delivery Driver who is the General Manager. We have many team members that started in entry-level positions. If they do an outstanding job, they will notice.
