These guys do a great job but the management is terrible. I was forced to cancel Covid because they demanded a $20 fee. I didn t even schedule visits and then they asked me for 200.

The prices at Simplicity Laser are reasonable and they work around my travel schedule. My favourite technician is Allie. She is so patient with me and has a great understanding of my sensitive skin. I don't want to go to anyone else since she did my Brazilian. I can reschedule if she s unavailable. Overall, I am happy with the result.
