Micah is my favourite tumbling instructor. I didn t want to write a negative review. Micah customizes each individual tumbling skill plan based on his interests. This makes it more enjoyable and fluid. As someone who doesn t know cirque, I was warmly welcomed.

Shine has changed my life. I signed up just before my 40th birthday and wanted to backwalkover. I gained confidence, got my splits back and was able achieve my goal. Madison Russ Dima is now my gym family. I love Shine even more.

This is my only experience with Flexibility yoga. I searched for an alternative to it and found Shine. Shine has a 75 minute flexible class. Russ was helpful when I needed accommodations or questions.

This is an unusual studio. It's a gym, a studio, and so much more. My daughter has aerial silks lessons from Michael. He is extremely skilled and communicates well with students Sarah and Kevin. They are both warm and welcoming.

This was an amazing experience. The instructor was very kind and the exercises were excellent.

It's a wonderful place to find new ways of staying fit.
