I had a few bad experiences in town. I got a recommendation to try Scandals. Went to someone new and had an amazing time. Jackie del franco was awesome and so sweet love my highlights best I ve ever had. On point with blonde hair.on Tue Feb 07 2023

I waited 3 weeks for an appointment. I arrived late 20 minutes. Ikuko shut the door and said that I cleaned the area without notifying me.

Call to make an appointment. The person on the line said that they'd return my call within a few minutes, after verifying staff availability. A second person returned 6 hours later. I was disappointed because I expected a quicker response. I booked somewhere else.
