Horrible customer service This old female cashier Sharon was absolutely awful She dumped one of my items that I just bought on the floor gave me a dirty look not greetings like Hello or Thank you I know this place is short staffed but don t hire unfriendly or rude people like her Her rude attitude really ruined my fun shopping trip

Been to many Ross stores they have good deals sometimes It s a place you have to look around to find a deal Went today and will go back for a few home decor items soon

Horrible customer service boyfriend walks in with flowers and some cookies or something she s paid more detention to him than that and the customers at hand friends walking in she just sits there and chit chats with them not paying attention to the customer for them and that s the manager do not show up here

I usually go to this ross as it s close to my house and they usually have the jeans and shirts I want It s kind of a hit or miss on certain days if they have the items your look for but overall I love this ross location never had a problem with cashier or customer service
