Since I moved to KC, I have searched for great BBQ. I've been trying other restaurants that I hear is good but I think this is my favorite place in Vegas.

This place is a great choice for every occasion.

Cooks don't wear masks. The counter-help has returned to being very ho hum at the register. You can have good barbecue at many places. Great service makes all of the difference. I will start returning to Rollin Smoke even though the drive takes a bit longer.

Takeout was ordered. They said it would take 20 minutes, but when I got there they told me that it would take 45. I thought I'd get fresh food. The five meats and three sides (chicken hot links, ribs and chicken) were so dry I couldn't eat them. Waffle fries and green beans tasted bland. It was a waste of $40.

Wonderful Monday Special: 2 drinks, 5 meats, and 3 sides. The staff was friendly.

Excellent barbecue restaurant. The pulled pork and brisket are excellent, and there's a lot of cheese sauce.

We stopped by and enjoyed a wonderful time. Mike, the general manager of the restaurant is an amazing guy who genuinely cares about the customers.
