The Ice Box Canyon hike remains a family favourite. As the name suggests, this hike is cooler than other hiking trails. This is the perfect hike for children who love climbing up boulders of car-sized size. There are ten hiking trails. You can climb to the summit of some. All of the national parks have been visited by us. Red Rock Canyon would be c... see more

The drive and park were beautiful. There was plenty of parking and the trail was great. It was easy to scale some larger rocks, and it is possible for novice hikers get hurt. A few cautions would have been good about the dangerous off-trail areas.

The place is beautiful, just watch out for the Khans, they riddle this place. The nearby Jacobstown is really nice! For mutants they are great people.

Beautiful! For $20 per vehicle, you can drive the scenic loop and just look, or get out at designated parking areas, and take photos. This is a great location for those who just want to see the beauty and or maybe take a little walk down a trail as well as those who hike and climb. We spent about 90 minutes there because we drove through and on... see more

Amazing hikes something for everyone. My friend and I are advanced hikers and did some strenuous loop trails. It can be cold and windy in the winter so pack layers, bring lots of water and snacks. In certain areas I had decent mobile service which surprised me.

It is a beautiful spot. We are glad that we decided to leave the chaos of the Strip behind to visit this area. The peace and quiet was all I needed. I think there are hikes and trails along the route.

We take a quick route through Jeeps and other vehicles passing through.

Red Rock is my weekly hike. If you don t have the courage to go up Turtlehead Peak, it will be worth the effort.

One beautiful day is not enough for outdoor adventurers. If you plan to hike trails, it's a good idea to park early. Parking later on weekends can be difficult.

Hidden gem Hikes are amazing and there are very few people. The trails aren't paved and stroller-accessible. We did the 2 miles by the Welcome Center and we were blown away by the view. It took us about 40 minutes to complete the hike. Then, we went back to Calico for some scrambling. Since we were on a tournament trip, we decided not just do the l... see more
