I just started taking our 8 month old puppy Dolly there for boarding Pearl has always been very good with her Pearl has also groomed our shepherd and our cat She did a great job The Thera clean bath is well worth it Our shepherd s coat looks great and it s helped with his shedding Would highly recommend her for service

The owner is extremely rude

It took a bit longer than normal, but we got there in time to collect him. We were so happy to see that our 2000 Yorkshire Terriers looked much better than they did every other day. In fact, he was more like a 2000 Yory.

I just had my first grooming for my goldenRetriever with Mary Wonderful experience Missie was very comfortable at Professional Pet Groom and Room When I picked her up I was delighted She has never looked so good Missie is certain that Mary is the only groomer for her and I agree Highly recommend Mary for your grooming needs

Extremely rude My dog is afraid of her own shadow I asked only for a bath She trimmed her nails which I didn t ask for Apparently my dog nipped at her so she didn t finish her Still charged me 50 and gave me a wet dog Definitely will never go back

Grant is my travel companion. Grant enjoys the Thera baths when he comes in from AZ Grant actually feels more relaxed and looks forward to the bath. I fully understand and appreciate the mask and curbside issues. We still have a pandemic.

Their groomers are excellent. I've been taking my 2 poodles to them for over 2 years and have never experienced any issues. They care deeply about Gabby and xena and I am so happy that I discovered them.

My Llasa had to be shaved due to the humid and beginning to mat conditions. The dog was on medication for many years to control her itching. After three visits, the dog is now completely dry.
