At 84,000 miles, my transmission failed. This cost me $. Nissan should be ashamed of not being covered for this problem. My extended warranty was covered by the class action lawsuit, which provided coverage for up to 75,000 miles. This was not the solution that Nissan had in mind. Nissan is a disappointment to me again.

Car listed $17,987 on the internet and lured me in. Upon test driving for about it the steering wheel left a little stiff but I paid no attention to it. I come every so often for oil changes if I have a coupon and wait for my car to be serviced but EVERY time I come it s always a minimum 2 HOUR wait no matter how many people are in the lobby you will be waiting forever I really don t know why I still come here

The biggest joke about a car lot that I have ever seen was the upsell of price and additionals. I bought a truck and would love to drive it up to a service center.

Stay far away I ended up owing thousands more than I would have because they did not honor the agreement we had with my trade in vehicle After the contract was signed they completely ghosted me and would not return any calls

Terrible dealership Terrible service they are shady from start to finish and OSH is the shadiest person in that entire dealership DO NOT bring them your business as you will not be satisfied with the outcome

If you are trying to reach someone for assistance, don't waste time. The first pickup on the line will always transfer you to another person to make them feel better.

Service needed due to an AC issue and overall 50k inspection. My service representative Alex Lobos helped me with my finances as I had limited funds. Fortunately, the warranty I purchased covered some. I was very happy with the services I received

Zach was the first person I call when my air conditioner stopped working. He set up a time and took me outside.

We purchased a used car in July 2020. Mike, our sales guy, did an amazing job. My wife and me flew to Las Vegas to buy a car we had found online. The price was great and the dealer even gave 200 dollars off.

They sold me 7 cars, 5 of which I finance through them. I was advised to purchase gap insurance. The one I recommended didn't pay the gap. I am now in bad credit and will not buy another car. I continue to be paying for a car they have purchased from them.
