At 84,000 miles, my transmission failed. This cost me $. Nissan should be ashamed of not being covered for this problem. My extended warranty was covered by the class action lawsuit, which provided coverage for up to 75,000 miles. This was not the solution that Nissan had in mind. Nissan is a disappointment to me again.

Car listed $17,987 on the internet and lured me in. Upon test driving for about it the steering wheel left a little stiff but I paid no attention to it. Planet Nissan was very helpful and kept me updated via email. I also added windshield wipers to my scheduled service through an email request. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service department at Planet Nissan. Our car runs well, and it's running smoothly.

I come every so often for oil changes if I have a coupon and wait for my car to be serviced but EVERY time I come it s always a minimum 2 HOUR wait no matter how many people are in the lobby you will be waiting forever I really don t know why I still come here

if I could give 0 stars I would stay away at all cost the finance manager is a pos and they will change ur purchasing agreement when it gets finalized changed packages and deals disappear when u go to use them in the future once you buy the car or truck you mean nothing to the service and finance people I will never return even for my free oil chan... see more

We purchased a used car in July 2020. Mike, our sales guy, did an amazing job. My wife and me flew to Las Vegas to buy a car we had found online. The price was great and the dealer even gave 200 dollars off.

They sold me 7 cars, 5 of which I finance through them. I was advised to purchase gap insurance. The one I recommended didn't pay the gap. I am now in bad credit and will not buy another car. I continue to be paying for a car they have purchased from them.
