The rooms are located right next to the Colorado River. They are very clean and friendly. Although it is an older place, the people are friendly and helpful. Bumbleberry Flats serves Rib Eye perfectly. Riverwalk is an exciting experience.

Although the rooms were well-maintained, they could do with some updating and a bit of TLC. Good food and excellent service.

My room was next to a couple with their dogs. The dogs kept barking and whining from 11 to 3:30 a.m. until they left. Security couldn't help me because the people were not there. I complained to them. It was an awful night, and I didn't get any sleep.

Great breakfast, great service at Casino Restaurant

We stayed a few nights to attend a wedding. Although the hotel is old, some of the furniture looks like it was in style in 1980s. It was all fine, but it is a little out of date. The bed was slightly stiff. No coffee, no iron, no hair dryer. It was a pleasure to return. The price was right.

Got screwed on the cheap room wound up wit the worst room on the motel ,no maid service and the second bed has a broken box spring the breakfast buffet was over cooked over priced cattle feed and the bar staff was insulting first and last visit to this barn .

It was terrible food. The service was poor and the pastries were rubbery. The rooms had no refrigerant, no soap or towels. The HVAC system did not maintain a constant temperature throughout the night. The areas where trash was piled up was a red flag.

The bedbugs in Room 814 have seriously bit me. I would recommend that you avoid this area.

You can camp free of charge in their RV parking lot. Check in with Security in Casino. They will issue you a permit in your window.

You should provide hair dryers in the rooms and bag for clothes that aren't clean.

Everything was perfect.

It was a wonderful experience. The one problem was that no one allowed me or my family to have any chairs on the big game day. They also refused to give us chairs in the VIP area. This was very disappointing since my sister-in law is recovering from a knee injury.

Although the rooms we had were a bit dated, they re remodeling quickly. The staff at PIONEER is amazing. They go above and beyond to assist you. I must say that TONYA at PIONEER's front desk was the most kind person I know. She has been incredibly helpful in helping Bruce and me move.

This was my first time here. I enjoyed every moment of it. I was upgraded to a superior room and had an amazing view. The staff was prompt in cleaning out the machines. Waitresses were friendly and efficient with serving drinks.

The air conditioner had been turned off when I arrived in my hotel room. I got bitten by bed bugs and was charged 50.00 for my stay.

It has clean, modern rooms that I love to use when I visit the river. Great customer service. The restaurant serves the most delicious food.

This Hotel is Family Friendly and Dog Friendly. My car was stolen. Security dealt with it quickly. I will definitely be back.
