The best place to learn Yoga or Pilates is this studio. They are friendly and have great instructors. It's also clean.

If you are sensitive to the art, please avoid this Yoga Studio. I went there through a friend. Will JILLIAN said that she owned the studio. I felt harassed and pressured into signing a long term contract. I'll be evaluating my first class and then decide if it is worth my time.

My favorite place to learn Pilates in LV is this studio. Tracey's classes on Saturdays are my absolute favourite. I feel rejuvenated and energized every time Tracey teaches.

Tracy is a phenomenal Pilates instructor. I'd give her ten stars. She was extremely knowledgeable about prenatal needs, and made me feel great through my labor. I will definitely return for postnatal Pilates sessions.
