This hotel is disappointing. High expectations. No hospitality. Zero amenities. 25 dollars for check-in after 3pm. The check-in process was not well organized. There were no instructions. There are also hidden fees.

The lobby and exterior of the hotel are beautiful. It is very old and the carpets are worn.

It was a terrible experience and I don't recommend it. It was very poor services. The room had been cleaned and food left behind by the guest who stayed there. After being mistreated by reception, the safe didn't work and we had to wait more than two hours before they could give us a solution. It was a bad experience. Great hotel at a great price. It s an older hotel but freshly renovated and well kept. We opted for a view room and it was cool to see all that we could see. Pool deck was empty because of the time of year but I m sure adds to the ambiance when filled.

This place was disgusting. Could barely sleep because all of the mold in the room . Also, zero internet in the room.

Smoking is so 1990. Only like 16 percent of the people do it. Feels like a giant trailer park! Burn your clothes after your visit.

Great service, spacious rooms and a great location

It s quite a lengthy post, so I will just give the TL DR. My friends experience with this hotel was not pleasant. They were denied access to their rooms by the customer service representative.

The elevator from our floor was filled with musty odors. Our shower didn't get as hot.

Although a little out of date, it's a great spot.

Used to be one of the fancy hotels and casinos on the strip Now it s just an overcrowded motel 6 Check in is still classy with actual front desk staff surprisingly The security checkpoint at the elevators to the guest rooms is annoying The rooms are nothing to write home about The casino is really crowded too dark to see your cards

It is a beautiful place. The staff was great.

This place is great! They offer Asian Poker, which I love. The dealers were friendly and fun. My wife loved the cocktails. Our waitress was very attentive to our requests for drinks.

It was great! The hotel was spotless and had a beautiful view. There were many restaurants in the area that served good food. I'd definitely return to this place.

It is located right on the Strip. There are many things to do within walking distance. The staff was not friendly. The casino security guards were nicer than the staff. However, the personal concierge Ivy was by far the most pleasant.

It was amazing. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The environment is upbeat. I would like to thank Mr John Reynolds for making the atmosphere so positive and enjoyable. He certainly knows his stuff. I'll definitely be back.

Amazing place. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made sure guests were not socially disruptive and enforced the wearing masks. Parking was also free, which I appreciated.
