Since September 2022, I have lived in this apartment. It is quiet and has all the amenities you could need. I am not a fan conservice but overall it's great. I love their monthly events for apartments as well as Today s Brunch. Thank you Layne

Since I have been here for a while, this is the second time I've gone to Sunday Brunch at the Layne. It's clean and well-organized. I rate it 100 100.

My apartment has been my home for eight years. They have really improved on the building of value recently. The Apt Event Co brunches and wine nights are a wonderful way to get to know your neighbors. It makes it seem more like a group and not just a few people passing by.

It was amazing! I've never seen anything so beautiful, especially in the setting up. My three year old enjoyed the milk and waffles. The staff: I want to thank you all for hosting such a wonderful event for the community. Where I live you won't get it so I am thankful for your kindness.

Our family has lived here for many years and have seen so much property management. Kimberly Vera is the best. The office staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. The facility is beautifully maintained. I am handicapped and appreciate their accessibility to all amenities. One day they even had coffee and donuts. It was amazing. Happy Holidays Sin... see more

We are disabled and our apartment is easily accessible. They also have easy access to everything.

I had an appointment to view the property There was only one leasing agent Cheryl available I arrived early and she was waiting on a customer So I informed her of my appointment and she was very rude and told me that I wasn t on her schedule I don t know who you spoke with but your not on my schedule and the first available time was in 2... see more

Just a ton of dog waste everywhere Great location good maintenence crew lots of humming birds dog excrement all over the place convient parking the gym weights have been stolen about a year ago and not replaced great access to walking trails close to a few grocery stores and a library very unresponsive unreliable and seemingly shady off... see more
