Ori'Zaba's Scratch Mexican Grill makes your favorite Mexican food fresh, everyday. All of our recipes call for fresh ingredients and allow us to make our healthy, delicious food from scratch! Every night we take our left over foods and donate them to charitable organizations to feed those in need and we start fresh the next day.

Fresh, quick and delicious. While a lot of things have changed in the past few years, Ori Zaba's dedication to quality has not. Our promise to provide authentic Mexican cuisine, prepared daily using the best ingredients, is still our guarantee. We don't have any microwave ovens or freezers in any of our Ori Zaba's quick casual restaurants. As we grow, there are multiple Ori Zaba Mexican Grill locations throughout the Las Vegas region.
Our menu has been expanded to include more food options. Ori Zaba's menu meets diverse dietary needs. Today Ori Zaba offers vegetarian and gluten-free meals as well as plant-based options. Our ZabaRita is our new take on the traditional margarita.
It pairs perfectly with the delicious TACOS build-yourself menu. Fun Facts: Everything we chop ourselves, every single day. How many pounds are cut each month in a restaurant? Our cooks get schooled. Before becoming Food Safety Quality Certified, they complete 21 courses.
