Although the staff is very nice, I was constantly telling my coach how much my back hurt. She insisted that I continue. I also asked her if she could let me use another machine if she thought I would spend more than 100 per month at a gym.

It is convenient and very welcoming. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

This studio has amazing staff and coaches. Brittany, for your attention to my treadmill favorite small details makes me appreciate the studio more.

Great program, great teachers and results-oriented workouts

It has been a bad week and I am not feeling well so I cancelled my membership. I called the number and was told that I would need to be present to sign the paperwork. Then, I was informed that I could have the papers emailed or mailed to me. However, it is very hard to cancel once I've signed up. See other reviews.

Very upsetting and unjust situation. I put my account on hold due to COVID 19. They claimed they sent me an email letting me know the status of my account. I called them multiple times to inform them that Jose was not available. I continued calling the number until Jose answered. I recommend 24 Fitness to anyone going forward. Otf has amazing playlists and coaches that are helpful.

This place is great, as well as their Flamingo sister studio. The exercises are tailored to each person s needs. The music is loud and the instructors are very helpful. Monica and Michael are both friendly and remember my name.

It is a great gym. The equipment is clean and looks brand-new.
