I walked in and right when i walked in Juan Pablo received me and asked how he can help  One of the screws had fallen off my glasses and he took me rin right away and took my glasses to the back and brought them back out ready for me to wear  I totally recommend this place for everything 

Horrible Service  Stay Away from this place  I called asked for prices let them know exactly what I needed done   filled out DMV exam    Was quoted  89 00 plus the glasses and when I showed up to the appointment the price had changed to  140 00 just for an exam    Scammers    Please stay away    Good thing my phone records all calls so I will be sending that to the BBB to let them know how they CHEAT THEIR CUSTOMERS OUT OF THEIR MONEY

Got a 290  eyeglasses that were supposed to be 50 off and didn t even came with a case   Won t be coming back here  

Juan Pablo customer service is second to none the best  I have worked years in the customer service experience in the hospitality industry and he truly understands on what it mean to take care of a client even when things have gone wrong  There s a a difference when someone treats you like family I will definitely be returning again due to his customer service recovery  Thank you Juan Pablo for taking care of your clients 

So  I came in several days ago  At first I was dissatisfied with their customer service and my glasses had a few issues with them  I ended up writing a poor review  Since then  they called me and were very willing to help me fox all of the issues  They helped me fix my glasses and were extremely polite  The only reason I am not pl putting 5 stars is because of my initial visit  but then again  everyone has bad days  I d say to give their facility a try 

Just bought nice glasses from this place. The staff is bilingual and very assertive in giving advices.

It s disappointing that I called to make an appointment, but the same woman ALWAYS put me on hold. She also never picks up the phone after 12 minutes. Owner should be embarrassed


Came in to try and get an eye exam 3 3 20 and the girls in the front especially the one in glasses dark hair with like brown ends darker skin HORRIBLE customer service  They do not know how to multitask rolled her eyes at me because I need them to call my insurance to make sure I get coverage  Just because it didn t come up on the computer for my insurance you have to call the back for the card to verify EBMS AETNA  I work in customer service and I know I shouldn t of been treated the way I did  Although I heard amazing things about the doctor there hire better ppl to be the face of the company because that girl in the front has poor customer service skills  I came in around 10 am today 

Excellent staff. I was able to see the doctor without an appointment. They were able to fit me into their waiting room in 20 minutes. I received my glasses one week later. It didn't take me long to adjust to them.


One of my best friends. The staff are so friendly and helpful.


Took my mom here to get some glasses and it s great because every person here speaks Spanish  My mom is a Spanish speaker only and they were able to answer all her questions 

Best place to get an eye exam   Either looking for glasses or contacts they have it all  The Doctor is amazing  very friendly   helpful  They have a lot of options for glasses from name brands to basic  I totally recommend to get your eyes checked by the best place in vegas   ptica Veinte Veinte
