It was dropped between the desk and the TV. Took forever to get it out. Finally, someone came up with the right solution.

Do not let your elderly, grumpier family stay here if they aren't tech-savvy. Oldins were gnashing at the desk workers because they could not figure out how to get up the stairs. You scan your card to find the elevator buttons. A screen will show you the elevator that you need to go to to get to that particular floor. The process was slow and even ... see more

Although it is a lovely hotel, the reception on the cell phone is terrible. We were forced to cancel our reservation and have them move us to another location because family members need to contact us.

I loved the central location of these elevators. They are easy to find and very convenient. The rooms were great and the beds so comfortable.

We were stuck in Vegas because of flight cancellations. After a long day, we needed to be able to get a room quickly. The woman who checked us in was extremely professional and friendly. She gave us a great night's sleep and upgraded our room.

The bill was not received by email.

You can find some serenity in the chaos of the Strip. It is a safe place to rest after long nights and hard days.

The hotel is known for being a small boutique property that caters to customer needs. However, I discovered that this was not the case during my stay. I asked for extra pillows on multiple occasions. My husband was disappointed in his three-night stay at Shot Show. He posted it over two weeks ago, and they still haven't published his review. This is an awful way to do business.

Nobu impressed my husband. He loved the elevator. The bathroom was large and the smell was very pleasant. The shower is a bit tricky. The shampoo conditioner and lotion are amazing. Excellent customer service.

Although the room was fine, the horrendous behavior of staff made it difficult to enjoy the remainder of my stay.

The room was excellent for what it was.
