It was a disappointment. I had the 27-inch. Pizza with 20 wings daily deal, then 20 more wings. The food was hot when we picked it up. Each wing was a club and not one splitter. This pizza was amazing. It took me a while to get it but it was well worth the wait.

Very small wings and dry out prices for the food have gone way too high. I don't believe that there are many items on the menu.

It was disappointing that I was unable to rate the garlic bread. The Parm sauce was too oily and thin. The Parm chicken had a watery consistency. The Alfredo sauce was thick and thick. The pasta for the Parm tasted like flour. The tortellini sauce was watery and it was too watery.

It was not my intention to leave 1 star. I called to place an order for delivery, but they said that there were no drivers.

They used to be fantastic, but now they are terrible and the food is bland.

Don t advertise that you have anchovies when you haven t had them over year. No excuses for not removing anchovies off the website. Yes people, I was charged for something that they haven t for over year and hadn t removed from their menu. 1st and last time ordering with pizza place. And I wasn t refunded.

They act like you are a bother and won t do even the slightest of accommodations of any kind on food

It is the most delicious !!!! food. It was delicious and everything is perfect. Since 2005, I have never had a problem with the food. The staff cares about their customers, and this shows in the food quality and...always getting all orders right. This is money well spent! We are grateful! !

The food is pretty bland, except for the cheese pizza. We get our food cold every time we order it. It is almost always incorrect. They don't seem to care that you don't like the order. Go somewhere else. Do your best.

I was very disappointed by the online ordering. Wrong pizza and 2 wrong salads. It was very busy when the order arrived. I had no issues eating at the restaurant.

Do not order pasta at this restaurant. They are way too expensive for the quality of their food. As a chef, if I spend $20 on a dish it is expected to be delicious. Also, when did garlic balls turn into stale garlic bread?

Napoli is my favorite chain pizza place. I love the 1 topping pick-up special and the meatballs for only 9. I've ordered over 30 pizzas from Napoli in the past few years, and yesterday my order wasn't up to par.

It's so much fun to make giant pizzas! It was tasty and large enough to feed a lot of people for kindergarten graduation.

Because I saw the sign, I decided to go inside at 2.50am. I was a waitress so it was not unusual for restaurants to close at 3:00. I was shocked to find out that they were closed. He said that it was no problem and the pizza was ready within 15 minutes.

We had several guests over last haloween for a party. A large order was placed with numerous items. We received the large pizzas and they were so badly burned that we could not eat them. Napoli was contacted to inform us. They only said... We are sorry. They will not be ordering from us again.

Okay, so we're in quarantine. It was hot and delicious! Everyone loved the Supreme. This place is amazing! We will definitely be back. You can go back! The large, however, is actually LARGE. Be careful!

It's great! My wife and me have loved Napoli Pizza for many years, but we were only customers. We never went inside. But I love the atmosphere. The delivery man was prompt and polite. I also enjoyed the delicious Gyros and salads.

It was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious.
