A cozy little Japanese Noodle House, hidden in the corner of Spring Mtn Road. You will love the space and decor inside. Although service was quick, there could have been a long wait. Although the Ramen is a small menu, it packs a lot of flavor.

Delicious food at a great price

Excellent fast service, best ramen that I have ever had. It was not busy Monday night. Tomorrow and each time i return to Vegas, I will be back. It's better than the famous street food ramen.

The restaurant opened at 11: 30 am. We had to wait. The service and the food was excellent

We hadn t been back since before the pandemic, and happy to say that it did not disappoint. The food of so many places seemed to have declined afterwards, but glad that this wasn t the case for Monta. The broth was flavorful, noodles had good chew texture, and the qyoza were delicious. The egg was cooked to perfection, too.

By far the best ramen place in town It s always packed so be prepared to sit and wait for up to half an hour or more But it s well worth it And not as expensive as a higher end place

Really good ramen, authentic, well put together and beautifully balanced. Simple fried rice was also outstanding these people know what they are doing!

This is a small restaurant but the noodles are excellent. Great place to have a quick lunch. Great service. Limited parking.

The place is small and everyone sits on top of each other. There's not much room to move around.

It was delicious, just like Taiwanese cuisine. The waitresses are friendly and very helpful

Las Vegas's best Ramen

A tiny Ramen restaurant with excellent service. I visit Vegas about twice a year. I always order from the spicy tonkotsu or tonkotsu broth. The noodles taste great, and the prices are reasonable.

Amazing ramen gyoza

Although this is my 10th time there, I am writing my first review. Ramen is the only place I visit when I'm in Vegas. The food is delicious and authentic.

I had the shoyu and gyoza. Amazing! I came for lunch during a visit to Vegas. I almost went back for dinner. The only thing that stopped me was feeling like I should try a different place while in town. The other place was good,...but I regretted not coming back for dinner. Definitely returning to this place next time I m in Vegas.

Excellent tonkotsu broth, rich and full of body. Ask for thick noodles to go with your noodle soup. Friendly service. Small restaurant and food comes out amazingly fast.

Was recommended this joint from a bartender earlier in the day. The dumplings and sesame noodles were top notch, as was the Miso ramen. Small and quaint but we were able to get right in at the bar top, it filled up shortly after we...arrived. Highly recommended for anyone looking to hit China Town and eat some noodles.

Very refreshing to have great food at a great price after suffering the strip gouge. Loved the ramen we had. The gyoza we had was a bit burned though and I thought it was just average. Overall, I loved the food and service.

If anyone gave this place average or below maybe Japanese ramen or gyoza is not for you. The ramen was incredible, the gyoza and its dipping sauce took it to another level.

I usually never write reviews but this place is too good. My family got the gyoza, miso ramen, tonkatsu ramen, and the spicy tonkatsu ramen. They were all delicious, the ramen portions were big, and it was a great deal. The restaurant had a very...authentic atmosphere and look as well )
