Charge extra fee for everything while the room rates are already high. Ridiculous room service with a bad attitude. I hope airbnb replace this fiflthy hotel in the near future. Exorbitant resort fees, poorly maintained rooms, lack of amenities that were available and or open at rwgular las vegas weekend hours. You can t use the stocked mini fridge in the room, it s a $50 restocking fee if you use it for personal items, but don t worry, you can request a minifridge be brought to your room for $35 A DAY. Rooms are ok, casino is huge and was clean and enjoyable. The water on our floor was shut off while I was in the shower, but they did give us a $50 drink card for the inconvenience. Best thing about MGM Grand is the lazy river. Didn t like the prices for lockers and other small things, but that s Vegas.

Excellent Customer Service

Gorgeous rooms

Although the hotel is good, the rooms can be very darkened and some smell very nauseating.

They made sure that you were not only welcomed, but also helped with luggage storage.

This hotel is amazing. The mask issue is not really a problem. All MAJOR food and shops are open. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bars close unless they serve food.

It was amazing. They helped me make my trip go smooth. I didn't pack some things but the hotel gave me all I needed. The rooms were clean.

Although the hotel is not quite as elegant as some others on the Strip, the MGM Grand remains one the most luxurious hotels on the Strip. The theme of the movie studio seems outdated and could be updated. However, the pool remains the best on the strip.

Excellent staff and friendly. I was able to check in before the check-in time. The host also made arrangements for me to check in earlier.

It is very nice to stay in the Signature Tower Penthouse Suites in the MGM. They are spacious, clean and well-designed. The 33rd Floor has an amazing view of both the Strip and of Las Vegas.
