The staff at the store are excellent

Our 2300 square feet were incorrectly installed throughout our entire home. The response from SW Contractors, LL Flooring to our complaint has been slow and tepid. They want to fix the problem by reusing existing planks and using new planks for mismatched planks. We found this unacceptable after dealing with the same issue in another house.

They had plenty of floor samples that you can actually take home. The company that came out for measurements and quote was very professional and understanding of the situation (health) we were in at the time of their visit. They got the quote to us within a week. The prices were good.

LL Flooring is the right place for countertop flooring. Their experts listen to what you want and get the job done correctly the first time. And they deliver on time.

Eddie provides excellent customer service.

Sebastian was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I would recommend Sebastian to my family and friends.

Major mouldings suppliers in Vegas valley were unable to supply the size or material I required. LL Flooring was able to provide it at a great price and ready for me pick up.

Two days after receiving an estimate in my home, I called the store to request it be emailed. They assured me nothing.

After redoing several rentals, I received tile. They calculated the grout and tried to give me store credit. I decided to give LL a second chance because of their huge class action lawsuit for cancerous flooring.

Got a great deal on flooring and the staff was always nice We don t live close so they helped with timing shipping etc We had a delay on our quarter round with no real straight answer but it timed out well anyway Had extra flooring and was able to return super fast and easy Good company highly recommend
