It's always a fun time, people are friendly, and training is excellent.

A year membership was signed up by my son Coach Dylan and Coach Darren. My son is a fan of them, but he's afraid of their owner. He did have a fungal disease the second week. I was here about seven months. The building heats up and the commercial 42 fan can only do so much. My son feels sick after school.

This is an awesome place people are there for you when you need help and you learn to get past fear and I have not once ever thought to quit it is just so fun and coaches are great and supportive for you and they never let you get away with any ridiculous behavior which is amazing I think

Definitely the best place I have trained at. The gym is well-equipped and the trainers are excellent. You will get exactly what you want.

To all parents, this is where you should take your children if they want to be mentored and supported to reach their full potential. The teachers are skilled and caring. I can give you many examples but I'll just mention that even the best children learn to treat others with kindness and respect.

The gym offers many classes. It does not matter whether you're an expert or beginner, they will treat you with the same respect. I love how there are equal numbers of men and women in every class.

I joined LVKM in 2017. I came here because I was sick of being mistreated by men. I worked in events and had to deal with constant negative comments about my body. I also remember Coach Joe coming up to me and saying "Listen to Me!". I have learned so much from this gym and I'm grateful for their support.
