The gym has a lot of equipment for weight training. There are many machines and resistance options. You can also get a variety of weights. It is my favorite club for athletics.

The only thing that makes me less inclined to give them a star is the fact that the showers aren't always clean. I also like the women and men area. We love the idea of dropping our children off at the playground while we work out. Staff are friendly.

It is a great location, and they are super helpful.

Since I joined this club many years ago, I love the environment. There are lots of machines to use and free weights. They also have a swimming pool and spa. The steam room is wonderful.

Been going for a few months and really no big issues I go around 7 and it s still busy but plenty of open equipment to use unlike EOS I like that they have specific area for certain exercises Cardio isn t thrown into the other equipment The track is also a big plus The locker rooms could use an update but still ok Lots of parking also

LVAC is great for getting your workout on I like that it his location has a pool womens only areas like a gym and sauna Most of the machines however are pretty old in the women s gym and could use updates Pluses smoothie bar and fun dance classes

They took my money from my account for membership all throughout Covid and I never was able to use it and now they won t give it back or renew my membership

I normally attend the Galleria location off of Wellness I finally found a fitness class that I enjoy I highly recommend Christian or Brenda for BodyPump They know how to push you through class without yelling and are motivating by their coaching style Christian also teaches a BodyCombat class which is awesome as well

When is the women s sauna ever going to be fixed This is crazy I ve been a LVAC member for years and this is the longest the freaking sauna has been under construction at this Eastern location Also not to mention they make way more money than planet fitness yet the equipment is always under maintenance just like the damn saunas

Will the steam room ever be fixed It s been out of operation for months now This LVAC is old The newer ones are better and cleaner

Don t sign up for ANY LVAC this company is just money hungry and will just charge you fees that just don t make sense I used to go here but ever since I got into my accident I couldn t go to the gym but they are still charging me and saying I couldn t cancel my membership without paying off my balance since I m on a contract I know it is what I ... see more

The Club is fantastic. They have all you need. I prefer it more gritty, but everyone there has won a workout.

Excellent facility. Better than the other two I've visited, though they were also good.

Terrible company, don't waste your time here

This is the most popular gym, but it is also large. I took a photo of the playroom hours to show you what they are open during holidays. They close for two hours each day and allow for one check-in per day.

Great gym. Always happy and excellent work.
