The shower was dirty and hairy. The room desk was not cleaned and neither were the tables. The pen is covered in gum and hair. Three of the four nightstand lamps for bed are not functional. Overall, the space looks dated and neglects simple details.

This hotel was recommended to me by a friend about five months ago. We were upgraded for our anniversary by the friendly gentleman at reception. He also gave us a bottle champagne. Rooms and views great in the second tower but the fitness center has three treadmills out of order, two with no sign so each of us has to figure that out. Only 2 available for cardio. No towels and never anyone at the desk to ask for help or towels unfortunately and no phone to call for towels.

Beautiful resort, classy and elegant. We loved the patio area. Robes safes were in every room. There are many dining options. The spa is amazing.
