It's a great place to get chicks, ducklings, and food.

Training in customer service is a ridiculous necessity. You have the impression that they hate their jobs and don't like you shopping there. I won't give a dollar for the wages of those who work there.

These people rock we have hens rabbits and Indian runner ducks They have everything we need and they are very helpful and even bring the heavy bags out for my wife when I m not with her

This is a gem in North Las Vegas They sell all kinds of pet food and supplies and CHEAPER than the big box pet stores I bought a bale of Alfalfa hay for my rabbits and paid 26 I have enough to last me for months Great store

Jones has a wide range of supplies and feeds. Justin is always very helpful and friendly. I seriously question the negative reviews. Most people will come to Jones with complaints and demands. They may not have been able to consider that the problem could be at the supplier. We've never had an issue with Jones and we intend to be long-term customer... see more

Jones supplies me with grain for my horses. I bought a bag of grains on Monday. I discovered that the bag was full of maggots. I called the front desk Wednesday morning. I was calm and polite. Justin exchanged the receipt with me and sent it to me. I'm not surprised by the negative feedback.

Yesterday I visited this store. I was very impressed with the feed and tack items.

This is a great place. They offer a wide range of animal food as well as training and reward supplies. They even have chicks available for purchase, which my children love to look at.
