Gorgeous dam. The dam can be walked or driven through until 9 pm. You must take a tour to get inside the dam. The visitor center closes at 4:15 PM and parking costs 10 dollars.

It was great, however I found it a bit strange to see people dressed up as Roman soldiers.

The border between Arizona and Nevada is Hoover Dam. Even without knowing it, huge structures like dams can be overwhelming. The dam's top can be seen from the sidewalk. Staff was very friendly and accessible to wheelchairs on every tour except the guided one

Amazing experience. The visit is well worth it. You can enter the hydroelectric plants ticket with or without a guide for a fee of $1 per vehicle. (

Our tour to the grand canyon included a photo stop at the Hoover Dam. It did not disappointing. Such a marvellous piece of engineering. And to think it was built almost 100 years ago. It really is staggering. It s a shame that the lake is so low these days. Hopefully it s just part of a natural cycle and it will eventually fill up again.

We just drove through Hover Dam we have been there before and took the tour it was very interesting, the sad thing to see is how low the water level was.

Is nice to see it anywhere. The Dam is huge.

We loved it! I highly recommend the tour to anyone.

It is an architectural wonder built between 1936 and 1931. When I first visited it, 1983, the O Callaghan Tillman Bridge was not yet in existence. The crossing between the states was done over the dam.

A visit to a beautiful view is always worthwhile
