It was my first visit to Defy. Although the jumping experience was amazing, customer service could have been better. Although the girls working at the desk were friendly, the people on the ground seem to be miserable. The obstacle course was unfortunately closed. That was something I really wanted to do. Overall, the leap was amazing.

The trampolines are my favorite thing about the place. The staff is amazing! One day I was just going to gravady to have some fun and one of our staff asked me if I could double my foam. He asked me to show him, and I did double backflips with tramp !!!!. All the other jumpy stuff

I wanted to setup a party room but no one answered my phone or returned my emails. The front desk staff was made up of unexperienced teens who were more interested in checking the dates than helping with the check-in process. The lobby was messy and needs someone to clean it up. It was great fun. I stepped on fecal matter and it was all over the trampoline. I told several workers about it, but they didn't clean it up.

The place is a lot of fun, but something needs to be done with the check in staff. There was a line of people to get in at the birthday party check in and only one person checking people in. There were four people back there standing around walking in circles.

Great and fun place for the kids. But the service there was less than satisfactory. We scheduled a room for a birthday party for 7 45. Didn t actually get the room till closer to 9. We love this place! My kids have a blast, we actually have a membership! Kids 2 and under are free

1st time and my kid had lot fun. Big place, different attractions!

Very fun, especially when going with a group of people.

Needs to have more trampolines and we waited 26min for pretzels

The ninja course was closed and the trapeze. Staff was disappearing standing together instead of working the slide and other spots. It is a cool place if it is all open and staff is manning stations. Staff was very lazy and uninviting. When they oped the slide the kids loved it.

It s best to get the membership and you can go as many times during the week. The only reason I rated 3 was due to not being informed that you can only use membership during the week

It's a great place for kids to play on Saturdays

We went to the main attractions: closed. There were sharp things at the bottom of this pit, and it was extremely shallow. My daughter fell on it and broke her knee.

Although we love our membership, they have remodeled the facility and there are very few trampolines. It can be difficult to jump when it is too crowded.

It is a very chaotic job and people are extremely inefficient.

The place looked nice and fun from what I saw. However, there was a horrible chemical smell and plastic offgassing that made my head hurt in less than 2 minutes. I didn't have the money to pay to get in. I felt really sorry for anyone who is being exposed long-term. Since it has been 4 months, I am really pleased to find that new equipment is available for small children. I went on an afternoon off-peak so the park wasn't crowded. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
