Cookies for a Sundae are old and dry.

They are very deep, which is annoying as it makes it difficult to scoop ice cream or fudge from them. I tried to cut my lips trying to do this.

It is a great place to visit for ice cream and chocolate shops. There is an endless variety of chocolates, sundaes, and other treats. I highly recommend the World Famous Hot Fudge Sundae. The staff is very friendly.

Their Hot Fudge Sundae disappointed me. It tasted nothing like Ghirardelli. The ice cream was dense and it was chocolatey.

Employees yelled at me that they closed at 11:43 PM. The door sign clearly stated that I was going to get chocolate. Terrible attitude. I won't be able to even speak. Guess that I will spend my money somewhere else.

Excellent chocolate Milkshakes. Although the number of milkshakes is smaller in some cities, they are still very rich. It's always a delight to visit Ghirardelli.

Ghiradelli is good but the service was terrible. I placed an order for a sundae, and was called by other people but not mine. It was a tiny store so I was there all the time.

A frozen mocha was not blended properly. It had large chunks of ice. Very hard to drink.
