It is more of a letter that I am sending to the hotel. This would have been a direct email, however I couldn't find the right email. Because we needed to move hotels, our stay here was limited. The Palms Casino Resort underwent a renovation. The hotel has been renovated and the rooms have received a wonderful makeover. We stayed at Fantasy Tower, where we stayed in both a king and double-queen suite. The suites were both very comfortable and clean. A walk-in shower was also a nice addition to the bathroom. I m currently staying at the palms and the first thing I see when I arrive into my room is some girl s thong and socks on the bed. Guest services told me someone would take care of it and nobody came. The room itself was not clean. Off the strip so less traffic and lots of parking spots. Not much complaints about the rooms except lack of fridge and microwaves but I guess those don t exist in Las Vegas.on Sun Feb 26 2023
