My 2014 CLA250 was purchased in 2017, with 27k miles. I purchased the extended warranty through Fidelity warranty services. I took it to Mercedes to be diagnosed. Danielle, my service coordinator, took my information and handled everything. I don't have to speak to the warrant service. However, 3200 is a steep price for servicing a 6-year-old car.

Fletcher Jones Imports has been a loyal customer of mine for more than 12 years. Ryan, our Schedule A Service technician and multi-point inspection man was thorough and found a few other items. Ryan cleaned my vehicle and had it back in his garage in no time.
