Firenze Apartments Las Vegas reviews

Firenze Apartments was my first stop. I called Makayla with an enquiry. She was extremely helpful. Paula also was attentive. The services provided were so great that I wanted to move to this area.

The property is now cleaner and has been kept in good condition. I noticed also that I had placed an order to have the sink checked. After that, maintenance staff attended me.

Okay, i do not usually leave reviews. But let's talk about how nice the property looks lately. Also, maintenance has completed my work orders promptly lately. I would definitely recommend this property.

My family has lived in this apartment for more than 3 years. The Leasing Management Staff is very professional and takes pride in what they do. Firenze hosts cool events like Taco Truck, and also offers a gym and swimming pool. I encourage you to take the time to visit the apartments. I look forward to welcoming you to the new residences soon Tom.

The new management sucks Who ever works in the front office are all rude If you will call them and ask a question they always answer sarcastically like you are bothering them Once you become a tenant they don t care about you anymore They are only nice in the beginning

Adrianna, Matt and I are two of the most horrible people I have ever met. Both are aware that there is a lingering smell from the carpets since August. They are both going to be answering to my lawyer soon. I don't believe they are smart enough to take on such positions.

My apartment is a cozy haven. The management and community has been wonderful. There are many great amenities. I highly recommend it to my friends.

Update November 2022. We moved to a newly renovated apartment. Matt and Makayla were so helpful throughout. Overall, we love the property and the Firenze's food trucks as well as the beautiful gym.

We just moved here two weeks ago and once we got here everything was nice a smooth for our move in that the staff made us feel like home Also the area is close to stores down the street that you can easily get there without having to drive so far to pick up groceries and all that We love it here and we can t wait to what they will improve on

I ve been living at Firenze apartments for a little over two years now and have loved it The office staff is friendly and helpful and maintenance always responds quickly to any issues we ve had
