Came in to get some key stickers a piano book and a violin repaired I was able to get violin fixed while I waited since it was a quick fix and much appreciated since I live across town Lots of music books to choose from The Like space is big and they have a big selection of instruments Definitely lots to see on another opportunity

In January, we purchased a piano that was damaged. We have been in touch with the company numerous times and even visited them in person two months later. The piano purchase experience was great. They were friendly and helpful. However, the last few months have proved to be frustrating.

It was a horrible experience. They continue to charge me for the instrument even though I paid my balance. I have tried to contact them multiple times and sent emails. Las Vegas' worst music store. Terrible customer service, product. My daughter went there to purchase a Reed to use over the summer. The associates were very rude and didn t let her open it.

The music shop offers exceptional personal service and professionalism. I went to this location to buy acoustic strings. I was greeted by Diana, who usually handles the gifts and special items.
