The whole family enjoyed it. The experience was surprising fun and took everyone a while to get used to. It is a charming atmosphere and all the staff are friendly and helpful.

Great staff and lots of laughter make it a memorable experience.

It was a wonderful experience. There were some problems that needed to be addressed. Updated 12/31/2022. I took my two daughters, who are 13 and 18 years apart. They were both greeted immediately by Sara, the Manager. We had a lot of fun.

The Star Trek Discovery Room was great fun. We only had two minor complaints. One, the audio was not loud enough to understand the character's words. Two, there was one puzzle that required some cords to be connected and one was damaged. Although we didn t solve all of them and the ship did explode, it was still a lot fun.

Scooby Doo is the best way to spend an hour with family, and not in front of your phone or TV. The guides are extremely friendly. I will be booking another visit in another room.

The front desk agent provided exceptional customer service. We visited on Christmas Day and were able go to 2 events.

It's a great escape room experience that I enjoyed a lot. They offer a variety of rooms and are very fun. I love the discounts offered for doing more than one.

The best way to spend time together It can get a little stressful but it was so much fun to see the kids working together to try and solve all the clues I highly recommend for a good family bonding time

I thoroughly enjoyed the 2 escape rooms we did there One was the Scooby Doo room and the other was under pressure Escaped both and had a blast at both There was much giggling and dumb mistakes we made in the Scooby Doo endeavor which I m sure gave the ppl watching a laugh or two I ll be back to go through their list of rooms entirely

Our daughter's first timers went to the game for her birthday. We had lots of fun. Although we were somewhat stumped at the start, our host was great. Can't wait until they return and give us another chance.

It was a fun diversion in this zombie apocalypse. The only problem is that, when we did finally decide to use the clue, we were provided with something we had already solved.

Excellent experience in well-designed rooms. Group of five, if not all first-timers. We did antidote rooms and Budapest rooms. It was a great experience. Kim the game master was extremely helpful.
