Staff is very friendly, helpful and the doctor's have all been wonderful. This place is highly recommended.

Very dirty. Super long wait times. Rude front desk staff. Took over 5 days to get urine test results to see if my pup had a urinary tract infection.

My 2 month-old puppy was saved by doctors from the parvovirus. They were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Durango Animal Hospital has been our trusted provider of care for our cats since the Nevada SPCA adopted them. They are friendly, helpful and professional. The fees are very reasonable.

Durango has been our home for nearly 7 years. We have brought all our dogs there. They took excellent care of us and helped us with health issues as we got older.

Since the day my dog got off the plane, they have been my client. They have treated me with kindness and given me the information I needed. They have also provided advice on board and grooming.

It is hard to express how amazing durango animal hospital truly is. My dog needed emergency surgery and Dr Shawn took excellent care of it. I would not consider bringing my dog elsewhere.

This clinic has lost their customer service. They don't make appointments and only allow you to walk in. The front desk staff are rude and short. It almost seems like they want to bother me. We have been coming to the Animal Clinic since its opening and we feel tempted to go elsewhere.

Although I don't write reviews, I didn't waste my time waiting for my cat to arrive. After 4 hours and a huge vet bill for bloodwork and a lengthy wait they claimed they couldn’t draw blood from my 12-year-old cat. I was stunned. They still charged me for my visit. It is a fraud. I've been taking my dog to Vegas ever since I moved to Vegas, but this latest experience was not good. I called Friday 11 18 to report my dog had blood in the stool. I was told that they needed to collect a sample from my stool to confirm that there were Giardia. I would also need to pay 60 for medication.

They gave me food and treats from another person when I collected my dog from boarding. This meant that my dog had been suffering from vomiting and diarrhea for many days.

Brandy, the receptionist, is amazing. I can remember waiting in tears to see my dog. She made sure I was okay and updated me on any developments.

Travis M attempted to destabilize the situation by misleading people. The facility owner provided me cookie cutter information about the diagnosis, but did not explain its meaning. She told me that Travis would contact her whenever Travis tried to blame his employees for their incompetence.

Durango Animal Hospital staff, Dr Martinez and my birds are amazing. Dr Martinez was kind and compassionate and explained the treatment plan in detail if necessary. The birds were treated with exceptional care.
