It's not a great deal for the money! Over a night, no refrigerator, micro or even a room upgrade, not even the tiny Coffeemaker !!!!! The micro was.00 per night extra. It might be better to check out the other options like Golden Nugget or Freemont.

Each employee was very kind and helpful. My luggage was well-carried and rolled smoothly. It was the most affordable. It was very noisy, and there was no pool. It was a pleasant experience overall.

It is a great hotel.

I love staying in Downtown Grand Hotel

Loved our stay however, pets cannot be left in the room alone. Not even in a kennel. That threw off our plans

Clean. Well staffed. Short walk or small driving distance from everything.

It is convenient to Fremont Street.

Excellent hotel, great location. But don't hand them your phone number and email address on the unmarked piece they request at the casino gift tables. I believe they are selling these and have been receiving spam calls and other scams ever since.

It would be a shame to stay here again. My TV was not working all day. I called multiple times and they said that someone was coming up to my room. But, this hotel isn't a good place to stay.

Excellent waitress service and excellent 1 Dollar Black Jack

Hugo, our bartender was amazing. He was great at customer service and was a wonderful personality. We also saw the comedy show which was hilarious. It was an enjoyable atmosphere.

This hotel impressed me greatly. I was informed that it belonged to Lady Luck. They renovated the building and added an extra wing. The rooms were modern, clean, and reasonable. I will definitely return.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Stephanie was great as a helper, as was the man who welcomed me at my door. The rooms were also clean. I enjoyed the Fremont experience a lot.

I love this place. Before I came to Fremont, I stayed in 5 hotels. This one is by far my favourite.

Property near Fremont Street has been renovated. It is spacious and clean with nice interior decor.
