It took 40 minutes for the man to arrive. Guy who answered the phone stated that it would take 20 minutes. He also said that the second door needed to be opened in about one minute. I was unhappy that he charged me an additional 85 for the second door. Also, he offered me the option to have the rope fetched by 215.

Amazing service, fast and efficient. I called them not with an emergency but because they were so friendly and helpful. Within one hour of my first call, someone was at the door to change the locks. Highly recommend.

They refused to give me a receipt and because they wouldn t I couldn t go to the DMV and show that my car has been getting work done to get and extension on a permit so my car got towed
