Poor experience Car service problem. They cut off our time and didn't compensate us. Also, they overbilled me which is common after looking at other reviews.

I was very pleased with my car and the communication with staff. However, i did not expect it to be more formal and professional. We never saw the office or met with anyone to take the car back. There were no problems.

We didn't receive the exact rental model we had booked because there was miscommunication at the house. However, they made it up for us and provided accommodation. I was satisfied with the way the situation was handled so that I could still enjoy Mclaren.

Excellent service. The cars are stunning. They even went to great lengths to bring back a car not listed on their website, but that is still available to rent. I will definitely be renting there again on my next trip.
