This past Monday I stopped by around 4 30pm an Mr David was able to find the glasses my daughter wanted online even in a holiday like president day the store was open we are super happy with this store cause the customer service here is outstanding and very kind to us don t matter the 30 minutes trip from the west side will always return

It was a visit from out of town. The screw on my partner's glasses broke and I needed it to be fixed. We looked online for this company and called them. They were extremely generous and said that they would replace the broken screw and change the nose parts free of charge. This took only 10 minutes.

I accidentally sat down on expensive sunglasses. It was all a mess. The frame was not broken, but they were able readjust it.

I love this optical facility They are always extremely easy to work with Great service from a wonderful staff I recommend this location to all my friends and family

Although I don t usually leave reviews, I felt the need to. Custom Eyes was great. David was amazing and fixed my glasses. I was not sure if it could have been repaired. I highly recommend this place.
