The rooms are very basic and must be renovated.

Our hotel is in dire need of renovations. It's an old building. Only saving grace was the incredible water pressure in our shower. It is a short drive from everything and the friendly front desk staff were very helpful during check-in. You can clearly hear everything from the floors and walls. This is a solid and nice little 4 and and almost a 5 if you get a great deal on the whole week for a double like we did. My husband and I stayed at this hotel while we were attending a convention. We had to have a kitchen because our three children all have celiac diseases. The staff were extremely helpful. We are so thankful for the security guard who opened our bathroom doors after our five-year old had locked them. We will definitely be back.

It s old but it is clean. There's free parking.

The rooms are spacious and clean. We didn't use the jets in our bath tub.

We booked another accommodation after the first lost reservation. Despite me providing all details, I was transferred to my travel agency and had to call them. The studio was on the third floor.

It is a nice place, with good sized rooms. The location is great. My friend has been here for several years and loves living at Club DE Soleil.

It is a great location. They offer a shuttle to the Strip every hour. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The bed was old and painful for my back.

Club de Soleil is a long-term owner. I have witnessed the decline in service quality over the years. I recently had a problem with the representative that took my maintenance fees payment. I took my family, wife and four kids to the hotel for a week. The location is great if you don't mind being on the strip. There was plenty of privacy and all the amenities are top-notch. This has been our favorite spot for family Vegas trips.

It was a great place. We had one tiny problem in our first room, so they moved us to the next bedroom. We were able to move our things quickly and the people are friendly.

For their vacation club promotion, we stayed for 4 nights. They were very accommodating and got us in our room immediately. The room was cold and had no hot water. The sheets and towels were rough. We were also told that they would not provide us with enough information. They tried to convince us to pay 40K for another property.

Fantastic stay. We could back up the trucks to concrete walls. Tracking devices were safely stored away. The staff was friendly and helped us to zip all our long black bags.
