Great food and great service.

We were disappointed with the service and quality of food at this restaurant. It took 20 minutes to have coffee. There was no replenishment of cream. Poached eggs hard. The fruit was so tough it was almost impossible to eat. We complained that Omelet was too cold and we didn't get the toppings we wanted. We will never be returning.

Bloody Mary was a great experience

It was delicious. The rest was good.

The prices on their menu do not reflect what you will be charged due to various surcharges they tack on that are not related to the food. No other restaurants here do this, it s just a scam to get a bit of extra money from unsuspecting customers.

We stopped at Citizens for supper after a late arrival in LV Decided to split a BLT and get an extra side salad The side salads were HUGE And the BLT was piled high with bacon Really tasty and hit the spot

Good food especially the fancy milkshakes with cakes

I highly recommend the french dip or pork chop. The milkshakes and other beverages are delicious.

We were very pleased with the Nashville Hot Sandwich. The french dip was delicious. Fries were great.

Breakfast was delicious. We came back for more the following day.

Ceasar salad was delicious Ruben enjoyed it. On the other side, fresh fruits were tasty. The chocolate milkshake was thicker and more flavorful.

The service quality and the coffee was excellent. I had dined at Seabreeze before, and there is no comparison.

They ve fallen apart! It used to be an amazing place. The front girls were rude and Nick didn t bother to follow up. The food was okay, but we wanted to get out as soon as possible. I tried the French Dip which was quite good.

This was the first time I was a bit disappointed 2 of my chicken fingers slid off the plate as server was setting the plate down You would expect them to bring me 2 replacement chicken fingers but NO That didn t happen Food was hot I ve eaten here many times but this time I think the server could have been more attentive

Food is on the more expensive side but it was good I got the herb roasted chicken and it was good just a little too pink for me it was cooked through The manager quickly rectified the issue and solved the problem immediately No fuss no arguing and I got another piece cooked I ll come back in Vegas just for this restaurant alone

Starters were chicken wings with a more acidic sauce than a car battery. Although the flavors may vary, it is a fairly stable opinion if there are 4 of you. It was medium-rare, but it wasn't as good. I wouldn't recommend it.

The worst restaurant I've ever been to. We went there with our family members and friends. They said they thought it was close, but when we returned 2 hours later the place was still open. Some people were eating disgusting food.

Citizens was our go-to breakfast spot every morning after our first day in Mandalay Bay. We started every morning with great coffee and a delicious breakfast. The servers were amazing.

Citizens was very accommodating after long days of walking. It was delicious! The cold turkey sandwich was also great. As a surprise, I bought my daughter a coffee cake. She loved it! Although the prices are quite high, that's Vegas. There wasn't a lot of wait time to place an order and get our food. Perhaps next time, we'll try sitting down!

My son and I went to breakfast together. It is an excellent deal for the price. It is delicious. It's delicious. My son requested the best breakfast, which included avocado toast and oatmeal. He also tried strawberry pancakes once. These pancakes were fluffy.

Delicious healthy food options! Chia cold oatmeal with fresh berries was my choice. Kids got pancakes. Good value for money fun entrees.

This is where you should go if you're looking for breakfast at the hotel. The price of the steak and eggs was 26.00, but the food was delicious. The French Toast was substantial but a bit dry.

Large portions for 2 persons, 1 appetizer, 2 main courses and 4 drinks. The 120 tip Frisco Melt was great! I could not finish the bacon burger. The staff were very fast and efficient.
